PC Projectors – Let’s Get To Know The Basics

See more in Hardware

Have you ever heard of projectors? Have you ever tried working with one of these technologies? Well I guess it would be a big YES, correct? I am uncertain if you have tried using it but the one thing I am very much sure of is that you have looked at them already.

Projectors are actually being used everywhere most importantly when someone presents a subject, business recommendations and even through coaching students.

Yes educating students. As much as I can recall; during my college days, when we have been assigned to discuss on a certain subject, we no longer use papers and broad marking pens but on the contrary MS PowerPoint and then laptop computers + projectors/ pc projectors. With this kind of technology, we were able to show our colleagues of a more visible projection of what our topic is all about and even amaze them with the animations and let them really feel that they were just watching movies in a theater except that I am standing at the corner doing the discussion.

PC projectors or digital projectors and in some cases called as LCD projectors are trouble-free to use as long as you know the basics – where to attach the projector’s cord and set the computer’s settings and then in just a glimpse, you’d be watching your well-liked movie.

Here are some steps in getting through the projector to the PC that I’d like to share with you:

1.    First of all, position the projector very well so that you can view things clearly on the screen.
2.    See to it that the computer’s mouse and the computer keyboard is set-up and are within reach.
3.    There exist two ends of a VGA (Video Graphics Array) cable, pick one and attach it to the LCD display found at the back of your computer.
4.   At the rear part of the projector, connect the VGA cable’s other tip.
5.   Plug-in the projector, turn it ON, position the video feedback channel appropriately with the use of a remote or the particular buttons present in the projector.
6.   Turn on your computer. You can’t find something on your computer’s screen but you can view all the settings in the projector’s screen. If nothing has changed, you have to recheck all the connections and try again.
7.   Perform a few adjustments on the projector’s part to get a clearer view.
8.   Sit down, lighten up, and get your pop corn and watch your preferred movie. Or if you’re up to presenting a proposal, you can now begin!

I anticipate that those things above helped you out.
