I Love My Data Backup And Data Storage Device
I just got back from Mexico City! One plus about leaving is that I get to show all of my friends the amazing pictures that I have from the trip, but I was so caught up in being there that I almost forgot my camera . Thanks to the Data storage my friend told me to do I was able to retrieve everything. It started with me not being too familiar with this digital camera in the first place. All of my friends made fun of me when I purchased it because they all know how electronically inept I am . On my last night in Mexico City I was in my hotel room attempting to transfer the pictures from my camera to my laptop and somehow managed to delete all the pictures ! I literally cried a river right then and there . I had everything on that camera from Frida Kahlo’s art to the mountains to the pyramids to the Mayan remains . I made a huge deal about climbing the pyramids and taking pictures as proof because all of my friends would never believe me because I am so scared of heights . Without the photographs nobody would’ve even believed I got to do all this stuff. Then I remembered I didn’t have to worry because even though it looked like the images were all wiped out there was a way to get them back. I’m relieved! I was able to get everything back without any problem.
I think I’m going to need to do some type of Online Data Backup for all these journals I started on the computer. My sister and I now have to share mine since she somehow managed to break hers. Fortunately my dad is already helping her look for a new computer since he knows I can be kind of possessive with mine. She’s pretty picky about what she likes so I doubt they’ll come back with anything. It scares me that she doesn’t really know how to use a computer, and now she is using mine . It seems like I remember having one or two photographs of my boyfriend on here too now that I think about it and either she accidentally moved them or deleted them. I’m going to have to ask her about it because one of the photographs can’t be replaced. I can’t find the original one anymore and the online copy was the only thing I had but I didn’t make duplicates. I would also be really upset if she somehow managed to wipe out all the correspondence he and I sent back and forth to each other. They document some really personal things and special moments that I don’t want to forget. In fact the more I’m looking around at all the journals and special letters the more I realize I better do the Data Backup Offsite before she gets home and needs to use my computer again!
If it wasn’t for the Disaster Recovery I recently ran on my computer I would have lost everything I had . My boyfriend used the computer yesterday and told me the screen went entirely black. After a little bit of investigating we realized that I had a virus on my computer I wasn’t too worried about it until I realized I had every single photograph from every single modeling shoot I’ve ever done on the computer. There must be at least four or five years worth of work on there.
